I'd say for European citizens definitely, he's the EU Commission President and part of the elite who wants to transform and send Europe to a modern dark ages.

On that matter it should interest you as well as America in one way or other is dependent of a good European economy and a politically stable continent and vice versa.

From a voters perspective it's shameful to see him have a say of the future of Europe.

I don't think a smart person would make any difference, remove him and another globalist hugging individual will take his place.

He looks sick though, my guess based on previous videos with him it's some kind of neurological problem. He might even drink to ease some of it or take medicine and that in itself creates new problems when psychological inhibition wears off.
