    Tech Best Site/App To Build A Database

    I need recommendations for an app or site providing a database of sorts. I can create it in Google Docs but I’d like something more advanced.

    Let’s say you were creating a list of adult forums. Name, url, sub-forums, moderators, plus three or four other categories.

    A search feature would be nice to have but isn’t vital.

    I need no-cost solutions that are online or usable by iOS and Windows.

    One day I’ll want a forum with threads on Bad Customers/Cheaters. I want to type “bad” into a search feature and list the forums available.

    Other than manually creating it via Docs, there must be something out there.

      MySQL dB is what I searched for yesterday. Thanks; I know I looked for the right thing. I found a few sites that offered it for a price, or limited data if free.

      I’m now wondering if I could use a free spreadsheet program. Unlimited columns and lines, unlimited data and secure access would be nice. I’ll search in a bit. I’m thinking the difference is saving as .db or .sql rather than .html or .doc

      Research time

        MYSQL is free and is usually loaded on your webserver already.

        If you want to run it local on your PC then get WAMP and install it. Again totally free.

        WAMP=Windows Apache MYSql PHP

            I looked at some spreadsheet templates earlier today. I found a few close to my needs but not exact. My biggest issue is needing the last column to allow up tp twenty addresses, separated by comma. I fear it will cause issues being so far over.

            I know I'll have to test several programs before deciding.

            Maybe for Christmas Santa will leave me a freelancer willing to create or adapt a spreadsheet!

              If you want a free unlimited spreadsheet then install LibreOffice, its a free alternative to Microsoft Office and I use its spreadsheet program Calc all the time for sorting and cleaning my data. It runs all the typical excel formulas too, it also has a database program like Access but I've never used it.
