    Hey Sarretah, What is the mean of hypocrite?

    hypocrite preaches one thing, and does another. ... The word hypocrite is rooted in the Greek word hypokrites, which means “stage actor, pretender, dissembler.” So think of a hypocrite as a person who pretends to be a certain way, but really acts and believes the total opposite.

      How is it hypocritical to apologize when you decided that you did something that really does not fit you?

      I gave you a little poke because something you did pissed me off, why? because I was in a bad mood when I saw it.

      I then decided that what you did did not bother me enough to warrant the poke and I apologized for it.

      I had not gone far with what I did. I could have gone much farther but decided against it and apologized right up front.

      I didn't go bat shit crazy off the rails. I did not go register different versions of tancenter and put up competing sites, I didn't go posting in every thread you have created.

      I apologized, which is what someone like me would do if we felt we might be in the wrong, even a little bit.

      Again, nothing hypocritical there.
