Hello Bosa Artlist’s Unlimited License is valid with a yearly subscription as long as the use of music is in accordance to our terms for “proper use”. Proper use means that we don’t want our music to appear in films that advocate violence or incitement, pornography and obscenity, racism or hatred towards any group. We do not license music for use in films that encourage discrimination against one person or a group of people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or national origin. Nor do we consent to the use of material in any way that constitutes a threat, harm, invasion of privacy, defamation or any other offensive content. As a rule of thumb, our music can be used if the film can be played in a public theater or on public broadcast TV. If the adult content does not go beyond these terms and would not elicit an X rating, then the use of Artlist music is acceptable. |
