Seeking alternative payments... SEPA & POLI

I own/run an adult US based website. As many of you are aware, getting (AND KEEPING) cc processing ability can be a major pain in the ass!! Currently functioning in that area, but that can change on a dime. I'm looking to add more payment options... specifically SEPA and POLI alternatives. Would prefer an all-in-one type of place that could handle both, but certainly would entertain the idea of dealing with two separate places... obviously one for each.

My limited research is telling me that to accept SEPA, you have to be Europe-based... and POLI Australia-based. Is this correct... am I just wasting my time searching?

SEPA is a European bank-to-bank payment system. POLI is the same... but for Australia/New Zealand.
