Bush had nothing to do with the 2008 housing market crash, and Obama certainly didn't "fix" it by overseeing the worst recovery since the Great Depression.

No, OPEC caused that one and Reagan just happened to have a far stronger foreign policy and economic ideas that brought about a STRONG recovery.
