When you apply for the Paxum card, you get charged 40.00 right away. They have big problems sending the cards in a reasonable time frame, I know mine was supposed to be shipped on June 24, but I still haven't received it..

So, whats wrong with charging for the card when it is actually received and activated by the end user...its so simple ...

I never received a replacement card and I don't count on ever getting one. But I'd be really upset if they charged me for one.

But bank withdrawals work and I get rarely paid by Paxum nowadays anyways.

So I don't see how Octav posting a long and well-written message saying (simplified and shortened) "hey guys we're working on this stuff there's been issues with this bank failing but we're re-issuing cards and making sure our stuff works in the process and everyone still pays and gets paid. Of course, since there are so many cards to re-issue there are delays but we're doing all we can." would help...
Ruth is on GFY and is a very attentive and diligent company representative *with a ton of patience for gfy's bs*. She replies even to the most obscene allegations, calmly explaining what the status is... and she makes clear and useful announcements.

I got verified within 24hrs of needing my photo holding id so i guess its not that bad. But im not happy the withdraw to cards has stopped working as the fees for wire and having to transfer to aud are annoying. I think they should probably look for a new card processor but i guess they are allreaddy doing that.

You will eventually receive it probably. I got mine after a couple of months of waiting, I think 4 months, maybe even more, but it is working. The shitty thing is we can only transfer 500 per day to the card.

"Most obscene allegations"? I mean, sure, there's some... but most of the stuff in this thread is the norm.

But Paxum is absolute dog shit unless you're a 3rd world webmaster / program owner with no other viable payment options.

Like a few others who've posted here, who aren't nobody GFY trolls, a few years ago, I never got a card that was "in the mail" for over a year until I got tired of e-mailing Ruth / Chris and support about it. In fact, I think my Skype convo with Ruth only has a couple of messages from me asking the status... and no reply.

Pretty wild considering all of my other debit cards & credit cards take 3-4 days.

Oh well, I'm US based and pretty much entirely just do wire / ACH / Paypal and wouldn't ever work with a program that only offers Paxum anyways.

Current situation can't be defended by any means. What he could say?

Anyway, I 've just got an answer from Fucxum support about my second missing card. They are asking 7 bucks more to make the third one. This is what they said :

"Unfortunately we don't have any control over the post office and, since your card was shipped on 2018-09-07, we can assume it has been lost."


Maybe this is their new business model, taking 7 bucks multiple times?

Anyway, how to defend a fact that they are not using tracking number. Why would anyone refuse to use a tracking number? $2 Chinese products from Aliexpress are having a tracking number.

They are sinking with every new day, losing credibility with this crap. I 've never lost a shipement in post office. In short, I don't believe them they are sending cards at all.

I was alway lucky with them i suppose, got my replacement card in 3-4 weeks. Its good for 3 years so i am not worry anymore...

Well it's not combative, it's that your comparison is stupid. Comparing a bank to paxum is borderline childish. Try to see how much paperwork you need for an actual bank and you'll see.

On account of cards, my assumption, and anyone who's ever done business outside "hi im affiliate i send you sales you pay me %" knows how much shit can go wrong in b2b deals, or how much stuff needs to be negotiated, would be that the trucash deal is not really that much financially wise for paxum, considering how fast they had to negotiate it, or something related to the number of cc's, limits etc, to be financially wise. I doubt it's related to "we cant keep up with numbers" after all this time. Considering that, things will probably get better once they have a new partner that they can negotiate a better deal with.
