no scams they know who they are. I've jumped through so many hoops in the last 4+ years and I've been shocked at the way some sponsors run there Circus? I just want something decent to promote not a complete pony show.. if you got a good site/program/ to promote let me know. I've got one of the best sources of traffic available online.

Yes, Wegcash has always paid me.
For other programs you requested, any in my signature paid me on time, that's why I recommend them, because they are reliable!
