No, but I think parents should be parents again and if that means a child needs to be spanked then do it. /kids are out of control cause parents either don't care or don't want to have their kids taken away if they punish their kids.

I think only the principal should be the ones allowed to spank kids at school.

A teacher should only defend themselves from getting hit by the students as in restraining a kid throwing punches. The teacher should've thrown him out of the classroom the second he threw the ball at him and if he refused to leave call security.
