2. The barbed wire is being put up to keep out a bunch of unarmed people that are apparently seeking asylum. I have seen no reports of them assaulting, fiirebombing or shooting at Mexican police.

They attempted to shoot from what I read in there and the Secretary of the Interior's statement. Gun jammed and the 2 kids were taken into custody.

So, ok, someone had a gun, I will give you that. That is 1 gun I have heard of in a Caravan that involves some 7000 people.

That does not make hordes of people shooting at the police.

In reference to the Youtube video, that is a group still in Guatemala, not one of the caravans currently proceeding across Mexico. Nonetheless, they are attacking the gates.

Still doesn't change my mind on immigrants and immigration. People will do a lot to get to somewhere where they are free.

I am lucky to live where I live. I live in a great neighbourhood made up of mostly people who either immigrated here, or who's parents immigrated here. There are also some black people, at least one Muslim family, and at least 1 Mexican family.

One house down the street is home to a gay couple.

We all bought our houses brand new, meaning we all new to the area.

Last night we went out with 2 of our neighbours for dinner. The night before I hung out with 7 of my other neighbours around a camp fire in his back yard. Everyone gets along with everything else really well but you know what else? Many of them are sharing stories of how they arrived to Canada, with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. They are all wonderful people and I'm thrilled to live in the same neighbourhood as them.

I live inside Kansas City Missouri city limits. I am not in a suburb. All those you listed are suburbs of Kansas City with the exception of Kansas City, KS which is a whole different city.

I do not live in downtown Kansas City. Kansas city is very broad, encompassing many many miles. The downtown area is probably less than a mile and is predominantly businesses. Very few people live in downtown Kansas City although they are trying to lure more people there. There are lots of lofts going up. Rent is high in Downtown Kansas City and most of the development is new.

I live on the East Side. If you look in wikipedia you will see that the East side is composed of about 31 different neighborhoods. Some are poorer, some are richer, some are whiter, some are blacker and some are more hispanic.

The richest areas of Kansas City proper are to the South of Downtown, along Ward Parkway and the State Line. These are older, traditionally white neighborhoods.

Like most spread out cities there are areas that are very diverse and some that are not. It is right alongside inner city which is traditionally Black.

Troost avenue is the traditional dividing line between black and white in KC. White people live West of Troost, Black people live East of Troost. I live east of Troost but farther east than the traditionally black area extends. I am in the Raytown School District but inside Kansas City Limits.

Raytown is pretty much surrounded by Kansas City and it's demographics, racially, are near to Kansas City's demographics, a little whiter.

FACT: Diversity destroys communities and entire nations.

Cohesive systems can not be put in place when you've got high representations of multiple groups doing their own thing. Nations that are nearly 100% white can have nice things. Look at Scandinavia (though that is changing with the muz arriving). The middle classes of Sweden, Denmark and Finland live better than American middle class. That's because they are a community of white people all on the same page working towards the same goals.

Mass migration is proven to cost 10s of $billions a year. Education, health, police, housing, etc. Then worse of all it lowers wages at the bottom of the scale, driving spending and taxes down while the need to spend is driven up.

Furthermore, migrant workers who are not getting paid under the table get taxes and Social Security taken out of their pay even though most will never get any of those benefits back. If they're getting paid under the table then the corporations are to blame. They are also putting money back into the local economy and paying taxes on those goods bought.

I know that military spending is high.

Low wage workers contribute less than they take out of the system. Educating their children, health, housing, policing, etc. They are lowering wages which means more people have less to spend. Then as they retire and stay in the West, they expect pensions. Then there are the workers being paid under the table because they can.

The biggest problem now is paying the huge bills mass migration has caused. With more people on lower wages it has lowered tax revenues and spending.

It's doesn't fucking matter. Trump is making it out to be that thousands of people are going to be storming the border. This is not the case. They are coming to seek asylum. Which means they go to a port of entry, talk to US customs, and apply for asylum.

On top of this, ninety percent of these people drop out - because they have to stop and get work to feed themselves.

Then... The military is legally unable to do ANYTHING. They are legally unable to arrest anyone. The US military is not to be used for arresting refugees on US soil.

This is a massive waste of money, time, and resources, with the only intention of helping Republicans win elections during the midterms.

This should be against the law.
