          Turned down because they believe the requested soldiers do not have the legal authority to provide law enforcement functions on US soil. So they sent it back to Trump to possibly grant that authority.

          I personally think they should declare Mexico's actions an act of financial warfare and send our troops into Mexico enough to shoot down invaders. It wouldn't take much of this for the flow of illegals to basically stop for good.
