Wages and salaries jump by 3.1%, highest level in a decade

    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/31/wage...-a-decade.html

The wage data came the same day that ADP and Moody's reported private payroll growth of 227,000 in October, easily beating Wall Street expectations. The combination of news sent Treasury yields higher in morning trading.

We are getting to that point where unemployment is so low there are now more jobs than there are people who want them. It's suddenly a worker's market. That's a good thing. Hopefully it will last.

Is the pay rise for all sectors of the community or for only the top sector?

There are more jobs today, but what do those jobs pay or require in training?

I call bullshit.. I watch the McDonalds report on wage increases because it's the most accurate wage reflection for webmasters..

If I go to a McDonald's and it has a sign on the door saying Now hiring $8.95 and up then I know that area has shit for jobs..

I go to a McDonald's and it says hiring $11.25 and up, I know that area has low unemployment and high demand for workers. Believe it or not I've seen some with signs starting at $14 and up..
