Chaturbate affiliate account banned,help

I have been a chaturbate affiliate pretty much since they launched.
I have a whitelabel and a network of adult review sites, all traffic is SEO generated.

yet today I wanted to look at my stats and it says account banned because they have reason to believe I have violated their terms of service?

I have absolutely no idea what it could be, the only thing what was weird is that every single time I tried to log in to my account I kept getting the message you are loggin in form a new device and a security code was sent to my mobile everytime even though I clicked remember me on this device

Has anyone ever had this, I already emailed them, but is there a rep here that I can contact directly because i'm in panic mode

Just saw that two weeks ago chaturbate mailed me with the request of removing pictures from a particular chaturbate girl in one of my reviews, which I missed. I really hope that's the cause

I imagine that must be the problem as chaturbate dont seem to be in the habit of banning folk without a reason. Im at the point i wouldnt put a single bit of chaturbate content near my site incase of things like this.
