Hotmail link replacement - GoFuckYourself.com

When a confiramtion email goes out to hotmail account then Hotmail replaces the links in the email body so that their bar stays on top. I tried to do a target code but does not work.
Does anyone know how to get around this?
I want to be able to click on the the link and just exit Hotmail.

I would appreciate any help.

You could use a break out of frames J A V A S C R I P T on the page you are having them open when they click on the link

Whether that will work or not though i dont know as i havent tested it
