    paycounter question

    example:
if I want to track 2 pages
    1. www.blabla.com/links1.html and
    2. www.blabla.com/links2.html

do I have to sign for two paycounters or can I use the same code...I want to see which page gets more hits?

eight, all you need is 1 account. When you login to stats, there is an option on the left side, to add sites. takes 1 second and it will give you a code for another counter. It will count only the page you put it on, but the stats will all be there together.

Darkjedi, as Wolfshade said, YES it will count all hits, The only thing is you wont be able to distinguish from page to page, it will all be counted as 1.

Let me tell ya Warphead's ingenious method of tracking galleries:

I have an account on sexlist for galleries, I put that on every gallery. I have 7 counters from paycounter, one for each type of gallery I post (Asian, black, teen...) and when I post an Asian gallery I use the Asian counter. I rotate which type I do each day.

That way I can tell about a gallery specifically (of course the older version is still getting a little traffic, but I can tell when someone lists the new one) Also I like the way paycounter lists them so I don't have to check each one.

BUT paycounter won't let you look at a whole week, month, year, just days. So I can look at the sexlist stats and see overall info, which is why I don't make a "master" counter on paycounter.

Thats my "tip of the day" for analyzing traffic.

BTW, you can put the same paycounter on several pages in your site, the impressions will go up but the uniques should stay accurate.

                Warphead,

Can you explain what you mean by, PayCounter won't let you look at a whole month, week, year, etc?

I believe we have those stats. If not we'll get them added asap!

What kinds of stats do you want to know about those timespans? If you click on hours, days, weeks or months.. you should then be able to drill down even deeper to Uniques, Reloads, Hourly Return, Daily Returns or Page Views (Impressions).

What additional info would you like to see?

                Thanks,
                KC

                    Yeah KC,

I'm talking about checking the ENTIRE month of January, the totals. Or say, the first week of Feb.

You add that function and I'll stop using the other guys! (I hardly do anyway)

Yes KC, this option should be included. I cant update my weekly ref. list without it.

That would be nice to see the totals for the referers for more than just a daily basis... as it is now, you can only see your hits per day/week/month.....
