Is anyone having issues with paxum/trucash ? - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm experiencing several problems with my trucash prepaid card connected to my paxum account.

1) I can't login to my trucash account
2) I can't use the card on any website

I called the canadian office yesterday and a very unplesant woman said that theyr system was down and that I had to call back in an hour to be served, since she was busy.

I called back in one hour and nobody replied anymore.

The system seems to be still down and this uncomfortable situation is going on from late saturday (13 october 2018) till now (16 october 2018) at 10 AM CET.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? If so, why don't we ask paxum to join a more serious prepaid cards issuer?

I'll have to renew my servers in a couple days and I have no backup card, and anyone in the same situation can understand how displeasing this situation can be.

I'm asking to understand if this is a localized problem or if it's a global issue, since I don't trust support centers anymore. Especially banks' ones!

Login to Trucash website doesn't work for me too... but I'm able to see the balance in my Paxum account.

I would not rely on Paxum prepaid card when it comes to paying for hosting etc. I have it connected to my Paypal account and sometimes pay with it but mostly use the card issued by my bank. You should always have a backup card.

According to russian AWM Board ( master-x.com/forum/topics/141245/page/7675/ ) about 10 people were locked to use their cards by trucash. Paxum cant help in any way and trucash said that cards were compromised by some suspicious transactions and only decision - replace cards with new ones !!!

So it will be great to hear Ruth here - how many cards were compromised, it's safe to send money from paxum account to card now? Who will pay for re-opened cards and what about card balance?
