Everything has its place. If it's a gamer chick and she's using a certain type of chair that I didn't know about as a gamer, then yeah if I get the exposure I may click through and check it out. For the rest of the stuff no...there are better places and ways. Know your market, know your distribution channel...

No. I buy what I want when I want to buy it. I don't see an actor or actress pushing something or wearing something and say "Gee, I need to buy that".

The only exception is Pepsi. When Cindy Crawford did that Pepsi commercial years ago I switched to Pepsi and haven't gone back....

Depends on how it is marketed/presented.

I know Ariel Rebel has managed to push mainstream products through her food blog (https://zestyandspicy.com/) and her contributions to other food/cooking blogs. She has twitter, instagram and facebook accounts for zestyandspicy but she does use the Ariel Rebel name on all of them too and has promoted zestyandspicy from rebelmayhem.com.

She also did her signature skateboards for a while a few years back.

So a person can start on the porn side and promote mainstream products while maintaining the porn side. She proves that. She does seem to be the exception to the rule though.

So, could a cam girl do the same thing, yeah, they could but only a few would be actually successful at it imho.

I think we are getting close to the point where cam models will have meaningful real world influence.

There are always a lot of guys in the rooms asking questions about playlists and small accessories.

With the right product and the right audience, why not? The only problem I see here, is many companies won't want to be 'associated' with adult/Cam girls...

^ this, I think gradually the stigma will die. Also I cannot imagine it would have great conversion rates but for the right price / payout I think a lot of companies are losing out on revenue by being against adult traffic.

But there are girls who stream from Premium sites without lushes in their asses..
Idk, I don't see a big conversion rate for it, so that's why I ask, maybe you fine people see more than I do.
