Dorblue is great! I like Castella blue cheese and love Societe Bee Roquefort cheese. I love a good creamy Brie too my favorite is La Chatelain Brie

Only at Xmas. We let it grow on the wall for the other 11 months, then scrape it off and add boiling water.

Thus making a traditional English yuletide beverage - Mold-Wine...

No, miso soup is made of mushrooms, seaweed (you may add shrimps etc) and a soy source is made of... soy. There shall be no mold at all.
