McGregor got his ass kicked, he's over

Khabib is one of the very few legit fighters in a sea of people who constantly fail upwards.

He is one of the VERY FEW who truly understands the Art of War.

He doesn't try to crush someone, he doesn't try to hit them more or harder.

He grinds them down, stays heavy on them, he keeps them in a bad position and forces them to attempt to fight their way out of a horrible position while making it a hopeless endeavor.

He lets them make all the mistakes from a bad position, he lets them burn energy because they have no choice on the bottom to use explosive movement to get out and he doesn't let them, he never takes chances, he stays heavy them, he maintains a great position, he controls them and just lets them struggle until they give up mentally.

McGreggor came out afraid to even kick because he knew he'd end up on his back and lose. Even a low kick is very easy to trap to go for the take down. Khabib fights on the ground, just like lomachenko does in boxing. Same exact process. Takes the opponent on the same exact emotional ride and guides them to defeating themselves.

Those two are great fighters because they are among the very few in combat sports that actually understand how to methodically and systematically wear an opponent down psychologically until he's defeated himself and given up. The finish at that point is just a formality.

I agree both should be banned but you cant really blame them. I have backed Dana White for years but that's it done with him. He seen this coming a mile away and even used the bus footage to promote this fight. Just kept on stirring the pot till it boiled over. Not saying what khabib did was right but i do understand why he did it. If you were a criminal in las vegas last night you had prime pickings considering most of the fucking police were on the strip for the fight. Dana knew this was about to go down and didnt do shit to defuse it.

Were we watching the same thing? Conor was in the ring recovering from getting his ass kicked when two of Khabib's teammates jumped in and attacked Conor. Even the Nevada State Athletic Commission reviewed the video and said he did nothing wrong.

When I look at those I see Khabib jumping into the crowd to attack Conor's people and him jumping in to stop it only to be mostly held back by the security. I don't think he started it, but he didn't help the situation by doing that.

Also, I saw that the investigation will involve both of them and they both could be punished so I guess we will see how it all plays out. Conor is never innocent when it comes to shit stirring, but to me it looks like this was mostly Khabib going mental.

Khabib was responsible for the fight in the crowd and Mctapper was responsible for the fight in the ring. But i will fall back to say this again this is all on Dana White hands. Several times Mctapper told Khabib he was going to kill him live. Yet Dana White used all this footage to sell the fight which they did including the footage from the bus incident . There was something like 20-30 different fights across the arena. Total black eye on the sport :2 cents:

Dana understands that 90% of what comes out of Conor's mouth is bullshit. Khabib clearly didn't understand this. The cultural differences really showed here and Dana had no idea what kind of powder keg was being built up between the two. He knew there was potentially going to be issues because he said after it all that they had more police and security than they ever have in the past. I think he just didn't realize how personal Khabib was taking this.

In the end, it is all great fuel for the rematch.

BTW Mctapper is now my new favorite name for Conor :)
