I agree that there MUST be REASONABLE regulation. However, is restricting ICOs to 'accredited investors' a good move considering how restrictive that classification is?

ICOs are what is killing the crypto market...none of them do shit except make money for the founders...restricting it to accredited investors is a good move in the long run...

Fact, bitcoin never needed an ICO, i have to rarely agree, anything regulating ICOs should be good thing since so many ICO scams have hurt crypto overall.
