I just bought an XBOX on eBay and the guy claimed he never received payment. I had a trace on the package done it was signed for and..... he cashed the money order.

I was very careful when I called him out on it. I told him that this just does not make sense that the package shows it had a signature and the money order was cashed. I went on to say that thank goodness the bank is going to review the surveillance video so they might get an idea on who forged his name.

I had an e-mail reply back in less than one minute saying a mistake had been made and his wife signed for it and the package would be shipped immediately.

... don´t know why, but this reminds me of websitebilling checks ... almost certain that you won´t get your xbox, cause that guy never had any ....

Good job! try to get the signature and see whose name is really on it, you can maybe evne get your mony back, free xbox

maybe he's just an idiot. i've had it happen before on ebay. guy left negative feedback saying i never sent payment when he cashed the money order. i was in the process of doing a trace when he figured it out.

He sent the trackin number nad the package is suppose to arrive by 4pm.

The only reason i went this route is thatt he system came with a bunch of games, controllers, dvd, remote etc. $125.00

not a bad deal....not the best I ever heard of but certainly not the worst.

It was pretty cool to catch this prick though....what kind of dumb shit cashes the money order and expects that it will not br tracked.

80% positive.....what i read though made me think the other person was the dumb ass......I now know better. The negative was just not following through on a buy....i figured this idiot is selling this he wants the moeny ...im not worried.....from now on only paypal and 100% positive feedback deals for me
