What do you guys think of this feature?

Is it true that Gmail eventually 'learns' from your responses and uses those for auto-complete later?

Have yet to see this feature being implemented on my account. I get the odd generic reply options occasionally, (Thanks, I got it, Paid, etc) but nothing that could even slightly suggest that its in anyway personal to me.
