Grief

seeking some advice here, thank you in advance to anyone who chooses to respond.

recently ended a 14 1/2 year relationship (my choice), got hit by a car (not my choice)

emotionally and physically damaged by both

neither holds a candle to the very recent loss of my uncle who raised me. I'm friends with both my parents and my dad and me are cool, but he was not around when I was coming up. two of my uncles were my dad(s), and one just died. I'm so sad can't even cry.

miss him so much. he was such an important part of my life and taught me to question everything and never be afraid of the unknown.

I know some of y'all here have experienced a devastating loss. how do/did you cope?

serious question. I have no idea how to deal with this.

Sorry for your loss. I’ve felt that pain many times throughout my life.Time is really the only thing that heals. I personally block things out of my mind and keep busy. But it will take time and it will get better.

The pain from these experiences is temporary, but the wisdom and growth gained is permanent.
