The alleged incident happened DECADES ago.
Any evidence supporting the accuser is long gone -- if it ever even existed. -
Someone goes into a store.
Decades later they claim injury.
Medical attention was never sought. They said nothing about a fall for decades.
Is the store liable?

Anyone with a brain would want an independent investigator to gather up as much as they can about the incident
Anyone brain washed would vote for the store owner without any independent fact gathering because it's their guy. All while smearing the person and their family. Plus they would use the store analogy like it was equal to someone who experienced sexual assault. That's how you cultist roll
