    News Bill Cosby sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison

    Bill Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison on Tuesday for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.

    Cosby, 81, faced a maximum of 10 years in prison after prosecutors and defense attorneys agreed to merge the three counts of his conviction into one for sentencing purposes.

              My guess is he will only do 10 months in prison with the fact he is almost blind and 81 years old ( guidelines say 22-36 months. With 12 months off for mitigating circumstances!) and the rest will be either house arrest and or probation.

                  He will be too expensive to imprison. A short stay to satisfy the outrage then sent home on house arrest.

                                                                      If, at the height of his fame during the Cosby Show era, you had made a list of ways Bill Cosby's life would end, I wonder how long your list would have had to have been to add "In prison for rape" to the list.

                                                                      It's good to see him finally have to pay, although I have a feeling he will go to his grave thinking he has done nothing wrong.
