I wanted to buy a place in Mandeville, but I was told I could live there for free in the nuthouse..

There's a lot of hickville really close to here, that's for sure. But Mandeville/Covington is more of a suburb of New Orleans than anything else, people who have to work in the city but can afford to not live in the city move here. Property value around here is ridiculous.
