              Part of me is rolling eyes at how the media will latch on to anything Trump says and make a news story out of it.

              But another part of me is glad they point these things out and remind us our president is a fucking moron.

                  Honestly, I don't think anyone will care that much. I'm prepared to let him off the hook in a way because public speaking is tough and everyone makes mistakes. Fuck-ups like this happen. It's the rest of the shit trump says and does that deserve attention.

                          The big stuff would sting less if it was at least perpetrated by a man who can speak in coherent sentences with cogent points. I'd love a president Mitt Romney right now.

                                      the same thing goes on in my country. using simple, 3-4 word sentences with basic vocabulary, mostly evoking emotional reactions.

                                      When there is no Nation or Folk but just a Mass, then this is the communication level to opt for. "This happened. It is bad. Don't do this. Do that. Dog goes woof. Needle is ouch." that kinda thing. 80% of people only understand this kind of language, nothing more complex.
