    reality is insulin causes fat cells to absorb fatty acids and glucose and thus expand, but that’s not what causes you to get fatter over time…overeating does.

                        He wasn´t training as much here in these pics and we were on holiday 2 or 3 times over in Spain every year, drinking, smoking, partying & eating lots...

                        The point is, as long as you do everything in moderation, eat what you want, BK, mc donalds, sugary drinks like coke & pepsi, but train daily, tbh, you can keep your body and as long as you´re drinking healthy stuff too, clean straight water, olives, fresh fish & meats, vegies...

                          No I am just not your standard athlete...in the last 35 years I have mostly been living a semi pro lifestyle with 8 workouts in 5 days and 2 days pause...mostly grappling and bjj...my last steroid cycle was maybe 20 years ago...it never helped with sparring, raised blood viscousity so much that my forearms become pudding and have no grip...210 is nothing special at 6'3 and 10%...you need to train with better athletes...


                          As for my know it all behaviour, I used to be a professional supplier of anabolic steroids even though my main focus was on bootleg viagra...I know more about hormones than anybody here because I have practical knowledge that I acquired outside of shitty BB mags and scammy forums...1000s of clients and 100s of emails daily for more than 15 years...

                          On the orher hand the local experts here read some book AHAHAHAHAHA


                          Now somebody can either explain why getting nutrients from inferior sugar filled sources like fruit is good, or they do not know what they are talking about...it is a simple question...should be easy to answer for some braniac right?

                              No one is going to explain to you why something which grows on the earth for us to eat and obtain nutrients from is good. It's just a dumb proposal you're making. You're also making the mistake of painting all sugar with one broad stroke.

                              Peddling steroids doesn't make you an expert on anything. It just makes you a drug dealer. And I'm not trying to be an expert throwing around around a bunch of scientific text which means absolutely nothing when you take into account all of the real world variables which make each person's fitness journey unique.

                              And I still don't believe your stats and have my doubts that you're an actual fit person. Just a guy who likes to be right. Telling people fruit is bad for you is absolutely wrong.

                              Eat your fruit everyone, it's good for you. It's not likely to obtain dangerously high amounts of fructose from eating fruit.

                              And if anyone lost weight because they ate less carbs it's because something about eating that way made you ingest fewer calories. That is all. There's no magic going on. Eating more makes you fat. Eating less makes you thinner and that's all the science 99% of us need to know. Everyone wants to overcomplicate getting fit but it's very uncomplicated.

                                Humans have had regular acess to fruit only for the last 100 years...until then it was limited in variety and seasonal...daily fructose is new to humans...

                                Everybody is avoiding and deflecting: what are the advantages of getting your nutrients from inferior sources like fruit, that are less rich in nutrients and have more fructose?

                                How hard is it to focus on the question? Who lost weight with what is not the topic, if ectomorphs who do sport exist is not the topic...its sugar <----the topic...sugar...
