I didnt say only source...i said berries have MORE than most. Lol enjoy eating 100G of 100% coaco...that sounds brilliant and disgusting all at the same time.

A pecan isnt a vegetable, its the fruit of a tree..so yea thanks for proving my point

the only carbs you should eat are green leafy veggies like kale, spinach, green salads, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, celery also asparagus and cauliflower and in moderation avocado and zuchinni...lemon is OK and so is lime...YES the above veggies do have SOME carbs but they are low and SLOW...low slow carbs = low insulin...this is not even up for discussion it is the most basic of nutritional info...

and I did not say you said that... I pointed out that berries are not the only source...we do not need berries...

100% coco chololate was not tasty for me when I first tried it...I LOVE milk chocolate...but the brain decides what is tasty and what is not...I first started with darker chololate that had say 50%-60% cacao...it was not as tasty as milk chocolate but in time my body started to ask more...I moved up to 70-80% and found it more palatable for some reason (the brain decides)...then i move to 95% because 100% is kinda hard to come by in my shit hole country...my brain decided it liked the 95% cacao version better than milk chocolate...I have not purchased milk chocolate in years, I buy dark 95% that sits right next to it...

Im well aware of dark chocolates and their tastes. Dark chocolate is an acquired taste that also comes with age and maturity. Like most bitter things.

Lets see your extreme ecto body. Lets see this science in motion.

I do keto several times a year and have reaped the benefits of it. In fact its brought to my attention that I cant consume complex carbs through process of elimination (Extreme IBS). Simple sugars are what my body agrees with so thats what I fuel it with. I tried sticking with keto while BBing for extended periods of time but it didnt work out too well. I need those carbs for the energy source, squatting and deadlifting for hours absolutely floors me. 2 hours Pre, during, and 1hr post workout are the only times I eat carbs.

no I just do not gain fat...this does not mean I do not have muscle mass...

              @phil

what does my naturally low body fat have to do with this topic?...I tried eating ice cream, cake and potato chips for months and still had paper thin skin...how would a pic of me prove me "right"? explain this and I will post no problem...

Ahh youre one of those guys who says he can eat everything but the kitchen sink and doesnt gain weight. Going against all laws of thermodynamics. Yea i was that guy...120lbs soaking wet. You know what I did...I started eating more than my maintenance cals and gained weight.

Instead of the back and forth just post a pic of your body, you seem to be proud of what you do and how you eat so lets see what naturally low BF is. 12%? 10%? what is "naturally low"

the laws of thermodynamics always apply, it is only a question of how many calories my body actually uses/stores and what passes right through...michael phelps supposedly consumed 10K calories per day but you can not possibly spend 10K...the same laws of thermodynamics apply to him...

I am 46 years old and probably around 210lb @6'3 and lets say 10%...I am very very lean for my age and it has nothing to do with what I eat...

phelps eats closer to 6k cals per day and burns 1k cals per hour training and he trains 6+ hours a day.

Do you have any idea of the amount of energy is expanded when youre swimming? He most certainly burns all those calories and glycogen. 1 hour of swimming will spend about 700-1000 calories lol. You legit have no clue what youre talking about. Im 5'7 185lbs and eat 4500 calories a day and I dont swim for 3-4 hours a day. You have shown time and time again that you do not know squat about nutrition.

Youre very lean and it has nothing to do with what you eat...youre absolutely right /sarcasm

he does not swim for all 6 hours @1000 cal/hour...all olympians cross train...he does dry land workouts as well as non swimming stuff in the pool...

just to put things in perspective, phelps with his weight would burn 20 calories per minute if he sprinted or ran as fast as he possibly can...this is 1200 cal per hour...forget about the 1000 cal per hour for 6 hours...just forget about it

experts have confirmed it's virtually impossible to consume 10k cal/day. they've analyzed his diet and concluded he exaggerated a bit in the interview and his diet is much closer to 6k cal/day. also, experts have analyzed his workout routine and concluded he's burning ~1k per hour of training.

let's not forget, you're the guy exclaiming fruit and vegetables are bad.

the fucking btc oracle, the mma master, the world educated insulin junkie serb thinks carrots and peas are bad for you. holy shit. no wonder you hate America.

                                wassup "experts"?

they musta' googled "do you absorb all the calories you eat" and found that absorption rates go from 10-90% depending on a ton of factors...

                                awkward...

                                oh and 1000cal per hour?

thats swimming the breast stroke for 60min non stop...so in phelpses case he would have to swim the breast stroke for 6 hours daily, every day, to burn 6000cal

                                yeah...that did not happen LOL...

so again...I am right and the "experts" are wrong...especially dynamo...he has a "I like to be wrong" fetish
