    all these industry shows

I get some peeps find value in all these industry shows but it's really frustrating when companies are networking instead of helping their existing clients

there is a service I use that I am VERY happy with and I'm trying to pay them (they keep switching banks and due to FOSTA/SESTA every time they do I need to send in new docs).

and I cannot get a reply. from a company I am trying to pay

kind of insane. no disrespect to the hard working reps who attend these events, I just think some of these companies need to hire more people.

I encountered the same with the first payment gateway I used (just an awful company, I love my current one and so happy I switched). it was like they just disappeared every time there was a show. my current one puts their clients first.

so just something some companies need to think about. ignoring current clients to focus on acquiring new ones is just...illogical.

I don't like going to the shows. No matter what, when I go to a show I still have to maintain my work load. Emails and tickets need to be answered, and phone calls returned. This is why I typically don't go to shows.

My advice would be to simply NOT pay them... In my experience, these 'impoosible to get a reply from' companies seem to instantly get in touch with you, the second you owe THEM money...

I like paying my bills though, and this company has been wonderful to me. But yeah, until I hear back I can't pay them. the last payment I sent weeks ago (debited from my bank account the same day) still has not been credited to my account so I don't think it's wise to send the next bill due until I have some faith they will be able to receive it/access it. having money out there in the bank ether is not fun or I think very smart for either party to a transaction.

time will tell I guess :/ thank you for your input. hope all is wicked with you

I notice a lot of b2b conventions, but when´s the next b2c show in Spain?
