Yes but many to this day deny it.. In fact the government themselves haven't confirmed it because if they did it would shed more light onto what actually transpired... Which is the locals were pissed because that's what we were there doing.. The entire narrative is a cover for their arms dealing gone bad.. They also had forewarning the natives were restless.. And Hillary refused protection... "What difference does it make?"
