Been doing the same.

Last weeks bedtime: 12am This weeks bedtime: 2pm

I think I prefer hitting the sack around noon. You get the morning to run your errands, sleep through the afternoon noise & traffic, then get a long quiet night to get some work done.

fuck I do the same thing but I hate it, REALLY hate it. I much prefer 'normal' hours but it seems like I can only go to sleep when I'm exhausted... right now that's about 7 or 8 am.

Eventually I'll just stay up all day as well so I can sleep that night and be normal for a week or so

Yeah, I love it when I hit that point in my cycle.

I have a problem with not sleeping. Last night went to bed around midnight. Tonight I will probably fall alseep around 2 or 3, then it will slowly increase by an hour until I am going to bed at 8 am and the cycle starts anew.

never lasts. Something always throws a wrench into it. An appointment in the middle of the day when you supposed to be sleeping, girlfriend, some game that gets me worked up into some 12 hour dork fest, server problems, marijuana induced paranoia.

I been doing it for 5 years now, its natural to me. Girlfriend attempted it for awhile but couldnt handle it. Weak mortals.

i love the night, it is when u can really get shit done and be productive. my usual sleeping pattern is pass out at 9 or 10 am,
wake up at 4 pm. But when real world stuff needs to be done at a normal hour it totally screws the routine - so today i'm up at a normal hour as well. sucks.

In my case...my mother (whom I look after as her health is not good) has had her hours reversed for a long time. She is usually up until 2-4 AM then sleeps during the day, so I had to reverse my hours. She went to sleep around 3:00 AM tonight and it is now 5:08 AM PST. I quit working at around 4:00 AM but have drank so much coffee that I don't feel sleepy. The sad part for me is that even when I do go to sleep...she wakes up alot and I will have to get up to assist her until she goes back to sleep. I am sleep deprived and I don't like it. I would much prefer a regular 8 hours of sleep at night...but with the pain I suffer I don't sleep very heavily. I would like to get an in house nurse for her...but she won't allow a stranger to live in the house...though if I have to make a trip somewhere she will allow someone to temporarily look after her.

We have the office for 4 of us so we try and stick to 'proper' hours now.
Maybe start around 10 - 11am, then work on updating the sites and everything else, if we finish around dinner time it gives us the rest of the evening/night to do whatever we want.

Which ususally ends up in the pub...

I am on the early morning schedule now

We get up at 6am and in bed by 11pm every night, except the weekends, then its all free form since we go out every weekend with the crew.

Getting up early kicks ass some days, cause, you get TONS of shit done b4 lunch, other days, its impossible to sit at the keyboard and hold your eyes in your head
