That means a customer charged back three months. They got hit with a 3*$30 chargeback fee.

And unlike most programs, they forwarded the fee to the affiliate.

The 3 chargeback fees (all from one customer) were split 50% but as these sales went through our merchant account, the fees will always be higher than 3rd party billers.

With all due respect but that's simply not true. The max CB fee for merchant accounts I have seen in 14 years in the adult business is 30 USD.
