fuck me that hurt.

Racing in the water (swimming) for 16 minutes with a cramp in my diaphragm.. It felt like someone was stabbing me in the stomach everytime I took a breath.. Quitting wasn't an option..

It's not like an injury, but It's like torturing yourself, and your body does not get used to the pain, since you keep pushing it further.

After the race I kept holding my breath as long as I can, like breathing once every 20-30 seconds, because it just hurt so bad to take any breaths for like another 15-20 minutes..

mine was in the fire dept with all my gear on my left shoulder got 2nd and 3rd degree burns when they took my coat off my skin on my shoulder and arm was dripping off. THAT was the worse pain in my life for about 6 weeks couldnt move my arm without almost passing out, the 2nd time was when I was a kid took a rocket eng and lit it with a small bic litter and it blew the litter up in my hand the 4th lasts year during nov dec and first week of jan the worse sore throat i have ever had 2months and 1week of that day in day out but the burns were the worse

1 ) Broke both of my knees in a car wreck. We hit head on about 75mph. My knees got crushed instantly. They still hurt everyday.

explosive diarhea. when that gas builds up before it the pain is awful.

about 7 hours into a Phoenix on my left forearm...the inside of the elbow was about the same.

For me it was menstrual cramps during the summer when the temp was up to 100 degrees and I was taking the bus cause I didn't have a car, and I was sweaty, wanted to puke, etc. And I didn't have any motrin.
