Ideally the Government would like you to take a DNA and personality test, for profiling purposes and have full access to any communication you have, internet, phone, and anything in a public space. And ideally that information could be accessed by everyone.
Then if some illegal goes to vote.. everybody knows

I called Citibank yesterday about my account, the guy goes straight into giving me the details, I was like hang on don't you need to verify its me, ( usually they ask date of birth, address, mothers maiden name and other questions ) And the guy replies, that's no longer necessary we have voice recognition now, the system has already verified it's you.

Your idea may have some merit. The naturalized U.S. citizen families are extremely radical in having their Central American families reside here in the States.
Green card holders can only vote in local and state elections. These polling stations can use law enforcement for intimidation to deter voter fraud.
I do not understand why they are willing to leave living in a shack on a dirt floor / Come to the United States to live in another shack with a plywood floor / run down heat magnified shipping container to harvest crop.

As an American, I think once our government stops meddling in other countries elections, and so called regime changes. Then they need to shut the hell up and start pointing their fingers at themselves.
My country blows 800 to 900 billion a year in military spending. Having military bases all around the world. We just need to have our troops protecting our on boarders. Then we wouldn't need a stupid wall, plus save an ass of money.
Just imagine having 800 to 900 billion put back into this country. Good to have great healthcare for all people, better roads, infrastructure etc.
