I'm back
Hey guys, so long without checking the forum ( 2 weeks or so )
How things are going ?

I was a bit offline just taking care of my self

One month ago or so, my doctor told me that i was pre-diabetic ( my mom dies some years ago due her diabetes ) So, i stoped a bit the work to take care of me, stopped drinking alot, heating fat, flour and sugar. I started working out at least 1 hour every day.

And now i loss 10kg, i'm not pre diabetic anymore, i feel so fucking good, and i will no stop doing the good things i learned that last time

So, i'm back and super charged
