    Paxum cards - problems again?

    Tried to send some money to new temporary card today and I saw this error (last time we had this with Choice Bank)...Anyone have same error?

                  I just got my card and activated it no problems. But I'm getting some 404 error when trying to load the card and the funds return to the current account. Anyone/Ruth have any ideas when this will be fixed?

                                  I had it yesterday, messaged Support, they emailed back today saying fixed... I transferred $450 onto the card to test it, went to the ATM and got the money no problem... but I am still in "paranoid mode"...

                                    That being said... just tried to move some more money and it's coming up saying I have exceeded my daily balance (WTF !) I've transferred more money than what I just tried before... getting really worrying

                                        Theres a $500 transfer to card per day limit which sucks. Its shouldn't take 6 days to get 3k for example.

                                          No it takes 8 days, you need 3 days ( 1k ATM limit per day ) to withdraw it from a ATM. Totally crazy. And if this line of daily errors continue it could be a few days more.

                                          And yes, we know there are more ways to get your money out but that is not the issue.

                                              this fucking issue has been there for at least 3 years, appearing on a weekly basis or so... the problem probably wasn't on Choice bank side because we have a new card issuer now and yet we still have to deal with this annoying shit, even though the limit for card loads was decreased to crappy $500/day it still occurs pretty often. and it will only get worse as more people receive their cards and make card loads... unless Paxum finally fixs this fucking shit PERMANENTLY

                                                        this might be correct, Ruth said the problem is caused by their processor that gets overloaded at certain times, therefore they decreased daily card load limit to $500, but that would not make sense at all as it will only make people doing card loads more often so it can hardly reduce their processor load.

                                                          yes i had that issue too... tried it the next day and it worked fine.

                                                          The only problem with the temporary card is its limitation...
                                                          funding max $500/day and spending max $1000/day is not that great...
                                                          but hey that's the only solution they have, i trust Paxum will get something done asap

                                                            it's not an API issue... With FirstChoice, their card was working 100% of the time.
                                                            I guess it's more a trucash issue which can not handle the volume...

                                                              Paxum had the same problem with the cards issued by Choice Bank. almost every week card loads were not working... been like that for about 3 years.
