                                              interesting theory but according to Alexa and Similarweb Paxum's TOP1 country is the USA and they don't provide cards for clients from the US. Also, when FCP closed down almost all of their clients switched to Paxum so I'm certain Paxum currently has many more clients than ever.

                                                                                          Not only that, but this morning my card isn't even showing up on the transfer between accounts page. It shows up within the "From Account" dropdown but not "To Account" -- meaning I can't even attempt to initiate a transfer. It failed last night when I could make an attempt.

                                                                                              Alright so I used Chrome to inspect and manually edit the options to once again include my card within "To Account".

                                                                                              Upon initiating the transfer, I'm now given this message:

                                                                                              Card Maintenance
                                                                                              Funds were not transferred. Please try again later
