experts and traders only have to be right 60% of the time to make massive profits...for the average person it is a coin toss, up or down are the only 2 directions the price can go...so the slightest advantage means a lot in such a scenario...also keep in mind that losses can be managed and that gains can sometimes be substantial, it is not like a roulette table where red or black gives you double or nothing...when a trade starts to go south a trader can get away with a tiny loss...

so yes traders and financial experts are often wrong...but they are right a bit more often...

AGAIN, let me point out that IF you can control the losses by nipping them in the bud AND trail wins that can be substantial, then being right 60% of the time is a lot...even in roulette this means a LOT...

^^He's correct. If you had this percentage in any form of ceteris paribus trading, you'd be a billionaire. The definition of the word "expert" would be meaningless.

the only decentralized things are: metals&stones, barter and CASH (of centralized coins though).
