but anyway - US cars are not sold in Germany because nobody wants them.

Germany make probably the best car ever. The Porsche Had a 911 twin Turbo in the UK and a 968 in California both amazing cars. I had a Range Rover (made in the UK) in California and had issue after issue with it!! In Maine all you can own are trucks or tanks because the roads are so bad and they lay thousands of tons of salt during the winter, your car will rust through within 3 years.

Ford was the 4th most sold car in Germany. About 1 million less than 2nd most. So again you are just arguing based on your feelings.

I have German friends that I met because they came to the US to purchase American cars, motorcycles, Levis, etc.

They fill up shipping containers full of American goods.
