Becasue you are our newest customer and I learned that beating the asses of customers was bad for business.

All threads are open. I saw AVS questions and AC Pay's name mentioned.

That was a highly unproffesional response.

I like a lot of the people working at your company and can say that they have been nothing but upstanding. Your response is surprising to all those on staff over here.

If I thought battling your ego would make me more of a man then I would continue my response.

Phoenix Forum: Were you a professional there?

I opened a thread saying Epoch would answer processing questions. You jumped in trying to promote AC Pay, which I believe was unprofessional.

As for my comment, I stand by it. It is my opinion, nothing more.

As for ?battling egos?.? I don?t have time either.

Now let?s leave the name calling alone and go back to our respective jobs.

Bye.

Cool man. You could have icq'd me. I am a relatively friendly guy. No need to say what you said. You would be more than welcome over at our place anytime. I don't need to promote AC Pay over Epoch man, do you think for a second that our main capital comes from AC Pay? Read the article, it is strictly avs info.

Don't threaten me with Phoenix Forum things. It will serve you poorly. And it certainly isn't the type of battle that you want to get into as I will move it off the boards my friend. Take that for what it is worth and keep in mind that this industry is very small and we aren't exactly small.

This will be remembered by myself, as well as our staff.

Well, you just don't get it. So let's end it this way:

Go Fuck Yourself. And lighten up. You are in way over your head, at many levels, most of which you don't even see. So keep your chatter to yourself and I will leave you alone. Deal?

Well, it is past the deadline for answeirng questions, but I was napping during it so I will ask them now, hoping they will get answered.

1) Will you make a public list of countries you automatically reject credit cards from?

2) When will the "active members" button work on the resellers pages. It has been there for what... 6 months? Hasn't worked since it was put there.

3) My brain died, I know I have a question 3.

one more. one more.

If one was processing a paysite with epoch (visa usa) for several month and then decided to balace a merchant account in as well (UK account - non domestic), would it be possible? Would it not breach VISA cross border requlations ?

As far as I know in the IPSPs scenario, a paysite (url) regged with VISA USA can never be processed with VISA INT'L, at the same time, or ever.

If a url is registered under a Sponsored Merchant, registered by an IPSP in Visa USA, that url should not process in any merchant account (IPSP or otherwise) outside of Visa USA. And if it does, the owner of that url is breaking Visa regs and running the very real risk of termination by Visa.

That are not playing at Visa. they have some serious tech shit going on there running urls, acquiring banks for the url's, etc...

It is one of those things: Is it worth losing everything to gain a little bit now? Probably not.

Would you have to "unregister" the paysite url with VISA or would it be enough to stop accepting new member thru the US IPSP, to try a EU billing solution for an excisting website without breaking any VISA regs?

90% of chargebacks are fraud!
I think IPSPīs should question every single chargeback automatically, I know itīd be a fucking hazzle. But the only reason this industrie is in Visa's bad books is because people think itīs okay to buy a membership to a site, and then charge it back, sometimes up to 6 months! Knowing that they will most likely get away with it :ak47

I suggest letting your US IPSP know the url and have them send a notification to Visa USA. This will cover you both ways.

If you guys aren't aware, I'm the dude that works for Visa customer service. I dealt with a customer the other day who chargedback two seperate memberships and I'm pretty confident this guy is trying to scam us and you.
Can I contact you guys thru email/telephone in order for you guys to represent these chargebacks?

Hit me up at psyko at gmx dot at for more details.
Please email Clay directly: [email protected]

I think IPSPīs should question every single chargeback automatically, I know itīd be a fucking hazzle. But the only reason this industrie is in Visa's bad books is because people think itīs okay to buy a membership to a site, and then charge it back, sometimes up to 6 months! Knowing that they will most likely get away with it :ak47
MasterCard admits that 80% are "friendly fraud". We fight all that we can, according to the rules. Its not a hassle, but they make it tough.

Programs like Flashcash, Gamma, etc... pay their own resellers (most of our clients do) and theya re paying on epassporte. EPOCH will be working on that soon.

If the $750 is actually a Visa registration fee, then why do webmasters have to pay it multiple times for multiple processors?

If I've already filled out the Visa reg & paid my money to CCBill, but want to switch to Epoch for primary billing, it doesn't make sense that I'd have to pay the $750 again.

Why do you guys sleep with fucking spammers? Everytime I turn around I'm getting spam from OrgasmCash.com and you guys are doing all their processing. I am getting no relief from those assholes and your company refuses to do anything about it - accept of course....set back and count the money that rolls in from the spamming.

You guys are fucking worthless -

Have a great day -

Why can I NEVER get a return call from ANYONE regarding accepting Epassporte for our sites?

I have been trying since Internext, tried again at Phx Forum, called again Weds. Do you NOT want our business. Just tell me and I will stop bothering your staff?
