That's not true at all.
My DNA is not in any "system" (at least to the best of my knowledge). So I kill someone, and leave my DNA at the scene. No problem because I'm not "in the system" right? Wrong. My cousin is in the system, or one of my brothers or sisters.
That's how they found the Golden State Killer just recently. He wasn't in the system, but his cousin was. Once they had a blood relative, they just had to narrow it down.Herschel Savage

not if you have a Y chromosome twin brother who is also a homicidal maniac then its pretty easy...you go do the murder and then you let them draw your DNA you argue it was not you and could have been your brother and they test him and BOOM now they can not determine who did it...

Depending on when you were born your dna may be in a gov database. Since the early 80s most states began collecting it at birth. Also think about the recent case were they found that serial killer via his relatives through online DB.PLEASE WAIT WHILE BIDEN ADMIN UNINSTALLS ITSELF.....

Just give them a huge injection of epinephrine to induce a heart attack. Then call 911 and say the persons unresponsive. 911 will arrive and give a further epinephrine injection (Thus explaining epinephrine in the system)
