Business Media buying and paysites

Have you ever tried with success buying traffic from big tubes and sending it to pay sites, pps. Or is it mostly big dick pills that sell in there. I mean if you could target certain tags, or searches I can't see it not being profitable if you send to the right paysite.

Or am I wrong

if you have a "normal" website, don't waste your money. The only successful ones as the one with free trial that convert at 3 cross sales at $120 in total.
