Good! got a reply to my ticket telling me to try again. With a bit of luck all is back to normal it will last more than 4 hours.

Unfortunately Paxum's new card processor has been producing an error on high volume loads. We are working with them to resolve this issue but since it cannot be solved quickly we have decided to temporarily lower the daily Card load limit to $500 USD per day. Please note, no other card limits are affected.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we would like to reassure you that this measure is only temporary and we will restore the card load limit to a higher amount as soon as it is viable. We will notify you at that time.

We would like to remind you that Paxum does offer alternative withdrawal methods. Clients can withdraw up to $2,500 USD to an external credit/debit card each day, or withdraw by wire or ACH/EFT (where applicable) at any time.

Rest assured, the resolution of this problem is our top priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this situation.

You said $500 a day load limit for the card. Do you mean we can load the card $500/day, so I can load another $500 the next day and the total card load will be $1000? And as stated that no other card limits are affected which means we can still do a $1000 ATM withdrawal for a day right? Or $500 is the limit for now and that we have to empty the card before we can load another $500?

Her message is clear, you can send 500 to card max per day. yes you can continue to spend or withdraw like before the problem is only related to loading the card only

Withdraw Funds to External Credit Card is not working by me last two days.. :(
And I got a message from paxum, the problem is my bank :D I just finished talking with my bank, and all is OK, all is the same as a few times before when I used it...

This is really getting annoying. I was able to log-in successfully but the $50 test transfer to my card I did 12hours ago is gone. Ruth, Where the hell did my $50 go?

Ok, I went out asap to withdraw the $50 cash to an atm and it worked. So I guess it's a glitch with paxum's system.

there is nothing wrong with my comment. he is from Serbia as far as I know and it's also true that most people from Canada and developed European countries got their card... mostly people from 3rd world and backward countries are still waiting.

Paxum, the key to satisfying customers even under crappy conditions is COMMUNICATION.

This is not true, I know Colombians who have received a card. I am from the UK and my status is still : Printing 2018-05-10

Yours was not shipped. Printing means that they are waiting for Trucash to send them your card. Then they will mail it to you and you will see "shipped".

I know someone in the UK who got it but his was shipped...

Here in Serbia, we have something called a tracking number so we can know exactly where is a shipment in every moment. I was getting products from China by regular e-mail in a much shorter time period. The incredible perception you have there, as you can see from the some of posts above. In the end, cards should be delivered to Romania where is some kind of Paxum office. And that is a neighboring country.
