    I saw this topic on another board.

    If animal sex porn is so illegal and discouraged, why the heck is there so much of it out there?

    I heard it was because it's illegal here in the states but what good is law if you can still have access to it? You can't look at 3 galleries on the Hun w/o some horse fuckin'.

                      Well technically beastiality isn't illegal, neither is fisting, pissing, none of that stuff we often accept as "illegal".

                      See in the US nothing can be illegal out of hand except kiddie porn. KP is a crime to make, so the product is also illegal. Other than KP everything must be judged obscene on a case-by-case basis. Freedom of speech covers everything that hasn't been judged obscene by the community standards, blah blah blah...

                      The reason no one makes a beast flick and releases it in the US is it would likely be judged obscene so everyone who put a dime into it would lose that dime, and likely be fined or worse. It's really an industry standard that certain things not make it into US porn.

                      And I think you're right, the only reason it's popular is it's taboo. If beast flicks were available down the street the beast websites would dry up alot.
