Depend what kind of free site - if it's powered by trades, yes. If you want to order traffic in order to get CTR of your videos/thumbs, then yes. If you run a seo campaign as well then you can also use traffic to increase bounce rate. But if your plan is to hope how some surfer after viewing video/pic will signup later to paysite, then forget it.Comment

In shortly, no When it comes to SEO, no point to mix traffic and seo links. If you would buy directly from site owner, you could get then a backlink from which you would get traffic as well, but since to make it work you would need to maintain it for atleast 1 year, so it wont worth it.
