    Got my new card from Paxum

    Card arrived today - Yay!

    Go to activate it - site times out continually - anyone else have this problem?

    What's this 2.5% 'foreign exchange' fee? 2.5% gets deducted from every purchase/withdrawal?

    Seems to me that Paxum are on the skids and want to make as much as possible before they go tits up

      Not having this problem, I already activated mine.

      I think it's everytime you purchase something that is not in USD currency, shouldn't be when you withdraw from an atm although there is some kind of fee.

                      20 days is a reasonable delivery period considering they use standard mail....most standard mail from the USA takes 20 days to my country...
