Actually which ones? The only places where I've been allowed to drink beer on the street were New Orleans and Las Vegas. But I don't remember any where I could do it in the car, if the bottle was not packed in a paper bag or it was not poured out into a "doctor pepper" cup (that's my personal invention).

Hmm... From the bottle of a passenger? Who will give it to him? Maybe you would allow someone to drink from your bottle? Maybe you would allow him to wear your pants? Personally I would not. Do you know such a term as a personal hygiene? Also why your drivers are drinking from the opened bottles? Don't they know it's a crime and if they will be caught, they will lose their driver's licenses? Are they idiots to drink while driving? Why do you allow them to have a wrench? Don't you smart enough to know that the driver uses it to smash your head?
