It's Kiev, the Ukraine. The interesting fact that in the USA you can not have an opened bottle in the car. I never understand this. Who cares what I'm doing in my own car which is my private property - a small little house. In Russia I can eat there, have sex or drink anything I want. Course if I'm not sitting on a driver's place.

Why with Russia? I said Europe. In the Netherlands you can drink in the car as well. Just don't drive it. Isn't that true?
