How much of a college debt do you think I can run up?

Hey all. After years of being in the porn industry, I've decided to start college for the second time.

I'm going to take out college loans to pay for everything.

I was wondering, how much debt can one person put themself in for college (I want to spend as much government money as I can).

Not worried about paying it back later

I have some money in the bank, but I'm not spending it on college

I'd rather have the gov give me funds, and run up as high a debt as I can (college is supposed to be fun, isn't it)?

Did that nursing degree ever come in handy?

I have a friend that has topped over $700000 and just keeps going at least part-time to defer paying it back... His plan is to keep going till he dies deferring the loans till then...

Wow, can you actually do that? It kinda rules out ever owning a house / making money doesn't it?

I hit 70k by the time I graduated. It sucks because the more you go, the more they are willing to give you. By senior year I had two student loan programs just throwing money at me. They wont give you so much as a freshman because they know the attrition rate is so high. Once they figure you are serious and plan on graduating, the ceiling for how much you can get a semester gets real nice. Well, that is until you graduate and they start asking for money. And the interest is fucking SICK. Student loan makes a mortgage look like a joke. You default on a student loan, forget it, you wont even be able to get a blockbuster card.

So wait. You are telling me you will give me 10k a semester to sit on my ass, get drunk, and go to class when I feel like it? Oh it sounds so good at the time.

In retrospect, big mistake. Thank god for porn money, or else I would be one hurting bitch right now.
