another.Hey, I am a friend of America and I consider most Americans really nice people ( albeit a bit loud
).I travel there often and have many American friends ( many would agree with me) but , after they saved the World twice with a huge sacrifice in lives, for which I am entirely grateful, something changed and now they need to understand that they have abandoned an every ally since the end of the 50ties, starting with Batista in Cuba and betraying the Hungarians in 56.... I can name at least a dozen since then. So, if you see one exception as to where they stuck with their friends ( or former enemies then friends or allies) thru thick and thin, then post it here...and please do not mention Israel....( that is a whole new thread).
U.S. Gives Financial Aid to 96% of All Countries
According to the federal government, for fiscal year 2012, “The United States remained the world’s largest bilateral donor, obligating approximately $48.4 billion—$31.2 billion in economic assistance and $17.2 billion in military assistance.” However, “obligated” funds are not the same as “dispersed.”
The U.S. disbursed $33.2 billion—$19 billion in economic assistance to 184 countries and $14.2 billion in military assistance to 142 countries. Out of the top six U.S. foreign aid recipients, five of them were Muslim countries.Comment

google US "aid" and corruption...I could give you plenty of examples...shit I almost took $$$ from them, I sold computer hardware for a short time and I got a call about somebody who wanted 20 laptops so I went to their office that was close to my house...get this, they wanted the most expensive possible laptops because their budget for this year was almost spent but they HAD to get rid of the rest of the money so that they could get a grant from the USIS government for even more...they wanted to make it appear as if the "aid" money was not sufficient and they needed to burn the rest of the cash...they wanted me to "cook the books" and make the laptops 2x more expensive than they really were but the problem was I could not get 20 of them in time...in the end they purchased 6 servers from a friend of mine and later on they made him sell the servers and they split the cash from the sale...
this is how US "aid" works...it is a pocket lining scheme...a scam...just like anything that the US gov rolls out...

The "expert" in the article makes the same claims as you. Negotiating tactics by Moon started the chain of negotiations leading up to the now postponed/canceled summit.Comment

the USA does not give "aid"...it goes to politicians and corrupt US "aid" workers...you make 100-s of billions of dollars in damage with your invasions and then line your own pockets with a few billion in "aid"....fuck your "aid"

That "expert" has no idea about how negotiations work.
It's a back and forth. Now NK is countering.
It's all part of the dance.-Robbie

Maybe just maybe there's a reason China has moved missiles to its new islands and deployed their version of the b52 bomber to the area, while the USA is also sending in bigger fire power. No doubt Russia has a few subs lurking as well.
"A North Korean official has lashed out at US Vice President Mike Pence and said Pyongyang is ready for a nuclear showdown if dialogue with the United States fails. Whether the U.S. "will meet us at a meeting room or encounter us at nuclear-to-nuclear showdown is entirely dependent upon the decision and behaviour of the United States"
Since Trumps been in.. NK had no nukes, then maybe they had one, then it came out they had at least 5, 6 months later they were saying 60 which is now 6 months ago, and it looking like Chinas got his back.
If you all missed.. this week was the one China said CheckMate.Comment
